Terms & Conditions

  1.  All information you supply as part of this survey will be used for marketing and promotional purposes by the Promoter BuzzSaw Media Pty Ltd (ABN: 38 634 730 911) on behalf of Australian Wine Selectors Pty Ltd.
  2. Information on prizes and how to enter form part of these conditions of entry.
  3. Entry is free and open to all residents of Australia 18 years of age or over.
  4. Competition commences on 14th June 2021. To be included in the prize draw, return a filled in survey by clicking the submit on the landing page. Surveys must be received by 5.00pm AEST on the 27th June 2021. Only one entry is allowed per person.
  5. Employees, licensees and contractors of Australian Wine Selectors Pty Ltd, BuzzSaw Media and their agencies (and families of each of these) associated with the survey are not eligible to enter.
  6. The first valid entry drawn will win a Total Prize draw valued at $1,376. Prize includes 4 x Regional Series mixed dozens delivered across 12 months. All prizes have expiry dates.
  7. The draw will be conducted on 07/07/2021.
  8. The winner will be notified by email.
  9. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash unless otherwise stipulated.
  10. The Promoter, its contractors, employees and agents, shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, injuries, costs and expenses suffered or sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, arising out of or in any way connected with the competition and/or its prizes except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
  11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.
  12. The Promoter may conduct such further draws as are necessary if the prize remains unclaimed three months after the draw.
  13. Entry into this competition shall be deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry.
  14. All surveys received become the property of the Promoter.
  15. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of the competition. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone, network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or referral’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in this competition.
